Thanks for playing and for posting. But you miss the dynamicity; Let lower body fre to steping or to move when you hit balls. The muscles want very much to contract. Run, hit and continue running. The body want more and you do more. More speed on run and more hit on the balls.
Aditionally you push air out of your lungs, get brest forward and forgetting to breath some seconds.
