Don't try to just push past it, you might need to find a depth trainer like a Crackstuffers' depth trainer or Squarepeg slink to work on finding your bends and first getting through them gently so you can straighten your guts out and then move on to more merciless toys like rambone.

Yes honey as vix orchid says you need to get a smaller size dildo to pass through your inner sphincter, once through its as deep as you care to like, but start thinner then you can progress wider as i did.
