No there are no eye holes in that hood. it is leather isolation hood. Block vision and hearing :)

Aww - poor puppy's been abandoned!

Now if you saw this lost pup while out for a hike - would you help him out (or at least take him home) or sit down, have a rest and a and take in the view?

I think I'd tie him to the tree by his balls - short enough so he couldn't lie down without being pretty stretched out - and watch him try and tug that rope free!
