That's a huge one; never tried anything above 20fr, that's the max my dick can handle, also I'm usually scared of inflating the balloon. I rarely go that deep, but with a wide one like this... Is that for horses?

the small cath with syringe at the beginning is a home made urethral lubing device - fill the syringe with lube, push the plunger until lube comes out of the cath, insert cath not quite fully to the bladder, then dispense the lube inside the urethra and remove the small cath.  When lube starts dripping out of your penis, you're fully lubed up inside and these big catheters slide in like easy!!
