B. re: Strattera - everyone is different.  It totally worked for me.  The side effect that did me in was that when I thought I was done pissing... I wasn't.   And I work in an environment that I need to be productive and available on a warehouse floor non-stop so... (shrug) back to Adderall for a while.  But like I said, everyone is different.  If it works for you, awesome!!

I get this kind of decoupling with pretty much any stimulant.  I was on Concerta for a while and had this weird side effect too, and even pseudoephedrine can cause it for me now.  Strattera is not exactly an amphetamine, but it's effects are similar.  This is the shit they don't really explain in the pamphlet!!

Your description of the side-effects of Strattera is spot-on. You've put words to my experiences as well.  The ejaculate-without-orgasm (and, vice-versa) thing was weird enough, but the intensity-on-verge-of-pain thing kind of killed it for me.  Soemtimes, finally getting 'there' was strangely dissatisfying.

I noticed something in your video that I didn't hear you comment on, but would love to hear your response. Right at orgasm, you grabbed your head as if it was going to explode. Same thing would happen to me: the frontal-lobe 'awareness' side-effect that I got with Strattera was hugely enhanced right at orgasm, like taking a hit or something. Made my head hurt in a distracting way. Curious if that was what I saw going on.

At least I know that what I went through wasn't just me. Unfortunately for me, Strattera stopped helping me at all (with any other symptoms) about 6 months in and I walked away from it.  Took about a week before things returned 'to normal'.

im in my 3rd month of strattera, and i have the same issue. feel like when i can focus on something its intense, when i cant im blank headed. no inbetween. also, my ejauculation and actually orgasm are no longer in synch either. hot vid btw
