GREAT POST MATE: Such an astounding documentary for the time, when CBS (in particular: see Clooney's Goodnight & good luck movie) was able to be a (ummm...) liberal voice in the USA. When did the USA lose its faith that people should be able to do what they wanted? When did people become so aggressive to each other that this belief evaoprated? Anyyow, it's fascinating to see parallels between this report and the Presidential campaign happening right now. Any more in this series?

Interesting report and good for those that think we have not progressed that much. Bias and prejudice will never go away, it is part of human nature, but being gay is pretty ordinary and mainstream now. Only the old pepole think there are major issues.
So glad that, while we have a long way to go, we have come a long way. While still being the "black sheep" of the family, I am more and more accepted each day by people who see me as a human being first. Thanks for the post!

Since this has aired, Wallace has expresed his regret in how narrow his perspective of the subject was. But I really am shocked by the honesty even in 2012. RIP the true King of Fair & Balanced.
