This is from a Cadinot (a "classy" French gay porn company) movie; "Double En Jeu" or "C'est La Vie", I think. Even more absurd, there are many Cadinot "brother on brother" scenes (they actually try to pair up guys who look alike to play brothers) and this even isn't one of them, let alone NOT two real siblings.
