We are here to help you use our website but we need you to help us help you (If that makes any sense). We need you to understand that there are hundreds of thousands of members (about half a million) using XTube.com every day. With that many people on using the site you can imagine the amount of email we get. We need you to go through the FAQs BEFORE you phone or email us, not because we are mean, but because the answer to your question is most likely ALREADY THERE.

Please to NOT email us with a Bug. Bugs are to be reported through the Bug Reporting Tool. You will earn points when they are fixed and the development team will get them. Support it not part of the development team.

If your question has not been answered there, you can contact us. Here is the way we would like you to do this:

1. Read the FAQs Again. You might have missed it.
   Tip: Click on the Answers Page and Press Command/CTRL + F to Find/Search the page.
   
   
2. Add us to your MSN (support[at]xtube[dot]com) and ask your question through there.
   When you are messaging, please include ALL of the necessary information so we can help you. You do not need to start off by asking how my day is going. Just say, "Hi, I have a problem (my problem is), and I tried (this) to fix it. Can you please help me?"
   We are online Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 4pm (approximately). If you find us online after (it does happen) that consider yourself lucky. The person you reach over MSN is the same person who handles the support emails.
   
   
3. Email us. In order to address your email most efficiently, you must send it to the right address, and include the necessary information.
   Sending an email that says, "I can't get into the site." will not be answered.
