The Commandant (Olivia Outr?, also known as theiMistress, is having a frustrating day at Penal Camp 96. Prisoner #1 is refusing to implicate her helpiin an aborted escape attempt despite the rigorous persuasions, the Mistress employs to get at the truth. In one of the camp's torment chambers, things are going better as she and her assistant (China Tymex) interrogate prisoner #2. Suddenly the prisoner implicates the assistant in a sordid sex relationship and now the Mistress has to put the screws to her as well. All the usual implements are used, plus a variety of whips. The two miscreants are finally put on the dreaded horse, improving the Commandant's mood to no end. Running a concentration camp is hard work.
