I guess I should update this. While it was my plan to lower my weight a bit (from 210 to 190), I actually gained 40lbs. Hahaha life... the "ol switcheroo, ya got me!
Due to a significant sprain and just some normal personal stuff, I didn"t really work out or eat healthy most of the fall, winter and spring.
