Thanks for all the comments. Yes i been thinking of cutting it again and making the hole larger. I got some scar tissue build up i think and it is not as easy to get the plugs in now so i got to cut it again. I do not want to cut it to big and all my plugs will fall out when i walk around. So just a little at a time.

Have you opened your pee hole any larger?  About time for you to make another cut.  The cutting is the best part!
