1. Get a toy like this from a pound shop (poundland sell them)

2. Cut one end of this silicone puffer toy open

3.remove anything inside (sometimes they have a flashing ball inside),

4.get a pringle tube, empty it and  cut it in half discard the half which has the metal bottom

5.on the half pringle tube remaining keep the clear lid on one end and tape on if you wish (creates some suction - you may need to creat a small hole in the lid or somewhere in the pringle tube if ou find the vacuum is too much).

6.Insert the puffer toy into the tube through the open end (i.e the one without the lid on it), and using elastic bands and/or masking tape (not as sharp as cellotape) fold the edge of the toy's hole over the edge of the tube's end.

7.lube up and away you go.

Refinements
(you can create a tighter entrance by placing a loose rubberband just short of the puffer toy hole/ entrance you've cut before securing its opening to the tubes end. (before step 5).

if the puffer toy has a handle at one end dont cut this end off to make an entrance/hole and use it to secure the toy in place in the tube by securing it to the lid at the end.
